What We Do
PEDIATRIC EYE CARE
As a parent, it’s normal to wonder whether your preschooler has a vision problem or when you should schedule your child’s first eye exam. The American Optometric Association(AOA) suggests that children should have their first regular eye exam at 6 months old. Eye exams for children are very important since 5 to 10 percent of preschoolers and 25 percent of children have vision problems. Many children with uncorrected vision issues or eye health problems can face academic or social barriers in life. Quality eye care can break down these barriers and help your children to reach their highest potential.
