We accept most insurance programs including: Blue Cross/ Blue Shield, Medicare,
Aetna, Vision Service Plan, and Vision Benefits of America. For the insurance plans
that we do not accept, we will gladly assist you in filling out the paperwork. For non-participating insurance companies, we will gladly assist you in filing your claim. You will
be asked to pay us at the completion of services and receive your reimbursement directly
from the insurance company.
